I thought their prices were way to expensive and decided to call a smaller company. Griff's Heating and Air showed up the same day that I called. Everyone was kind and respectful. A few minor repairs (about $150) and my heat was working. Griff's Heating and Air has great customer service and they are honest!!!

One company said my repairs would cost about 1200.00. I called Griff's Heating and Air for their estimate on a new unit. To my surprise I didn't need a new one! I just needed someone that knew what they were doing. In the end of the day my unit is working, I only paid 350.00 and I have a new HVAC company for life!!! Don't waste your time with anyone else. They showed up quick, were personable and friendly and above all they were honest!!!
