About 5 years ago my daughter was working in hospitality and her boss was looking for something different in the cakes he was selling. She turned to her boss and said 'my mum makes the most amazing Toblerone cheese cakes!' and so Just Indulge was born. When it all started I barely knew the basics as far as decorating went. I bought every book and magazine I could get my hands, I practiced and practiced. There were many disaster's or learning curves as I like to think of them but 5 years and hundreds of cakes and thousands of hours of work later I am living my dream. When I create a cake I don't just want to make a cake, I like to make it personal to my customers. Any one can copy something but to design something and think how am I going to make that is a rewarding challenge. Any one can teach you how to make a cake but you can't learn creativity. Creativity comes from within. That is why I like to create cakes personal to my customer. I want them to be a reflection of who they are. Seeing my customers so happy with what I create for them makes all the hours I put in to designing and making it makes it all worth it. It's more than just a job, it's my passion
