  I emailed Mark Harvey at Hugh James last Wednesday, and haven't received a reply. Think I'll wait to see if HMG develop a conscience by the end of the week, if not I'll look elsewhere for legal advice.

  Hi Guys. I'm having major problems with HMG. Just totally fobbing me off on the phone, saying any worries/complaints/concerns need to be emailed to them but then all I get is an automated email back saying they'll be in touch. Regardless of the outcome today I want these implants removed free of charge and don't see why NHS should sort out this mess. Can anyone advice of anyone I should go to get legal help?

  i had the same problem, so i rang the hospital that did them direct, and asked to see the consultant, and got an appointment for tuesday. there is a firm called HUGH JAMES, they are doing a case suit against them, and have hundreds of women signed up to them. check their site, and see what they say. good luck. xxxhttp://www.hughjames.com/
