Excersize class recommendations??
After sustaining a back injury from a large bootcamp 2 months ago. I'm now looking and joining something again, but with smaller groups where I can be confident I won't have a reoccurrence.

Very welcome to come check us out. We limit numbers in our classes and each class is fully coached ensuring good movement is top priority. Drop me a message for more info. www.crossfitblockhouse.co.uk

Require a personal instructor who is maybe looking for a pet project. I'm not overweight by any sense (12 stone) looking to get a lot fitter and build a better muscle tone. Training by myself doesn't get me motivated and end up cheating. Any recommendations would be very appreciated.
