Hi! Looking for dance classes specifically drilling the tech of turns and leaps. Any suggestions or ideas for this? Most of the classes seem to be style driven, would any class or teacher focus on this?

Hi Ange, We have a Technique class on Mondays at 7 pm specifically for these kinds of skills! See our website for full descriptions of all our current class offerings: www.onstagedanceco.com/descriptions.html
What are you favorite exercise classes/gyms/instructors in Boston? My friend and I are hoping to get in shape and want to fun way to do so together! We were wondering if anyone had any reccomendations for different places that had really great classes. We would love untraditional recommendations (like Boston Pole Fitness), classes that active and not only exercise exclusive (Rock-Climbing, Self-Defense) and traditional exercise places in a great location and have veyr dynamic instructors (Spin, Zumba).
Does anyone have any fitness classes that they never miss or really motivate them to workout? I really love active dance classes, boxing and spin! My friend love rock climbing and ropes courses? Any recommendation would be great.
Edit: We go to MIT but we're willing to travel a bit. And our budget is flexible but not exorbitant!
