The Mels Massage Story
I started Mels Massage very soon after completing my qualifications. I had interviewed at several clinics and none of them felt like the right fit for me for one reason or another. I decided that I would like to try and offer a slightly different service that could really be of benefit to a wide range of people.
Sometimes when you have an injury or are not feeling up to leaving the house, even for a massage, the thought of having to get dressed and get yourself somewhere in time for an appointment can be a little overwhelming. I wanted to try and address that issue for people.
So I decided to make my business a mobile one.
This meant that I could still be available to do things and be available for my children, but that I was also able to work in a field that I truly enjoy.
Touch is a very powerful form of healing, to have the ability to offer that to people who may not be able to get out easily for one reason or another is one of the things I love most about what we do at Mels Massage.
Our team here at Mels Massage love that we make a difference to our clients, whether its through relieving your pain or helping take the stress out of your day, they're both equally important.
