Nancy B. asked:We just noticed that we have water coming in from our balcony door - we would never have known except by accident since it's coming in from a corner in the bottom and just wets the floor right in that area... when we pulled back the carpet a couple of nights ago, we found some ants crawling around, plus a good amount of wetness and some wood rot. So obviously this has been happening for a while... We had those doors replaced last year because that bottom corner was completely rotted out when we moved in... The person that installed the new doors never mentioned to us any concern or that we should even take a look at water damage - I'm a bit annoyed by that... The warranty was for one year, and it has now passed that time... Can anyone recommend someone who could help us with this problem and getting it fixed RIGHT so it doesn't happen again? (Price is a pretti big concern right now for us)... Thanks in advance!!
