In a nutshell we'd like to replace a toilet, remove some meeting room partitions and remove a panelled ceiling (which also houses two air conditioning units which we don't want to retain) and install a new plasterboard ceiling around 1m higher than the existing one. We also need to install some spots in the new ceiling and kitchen and then paint the whole lot white. It sounds a lot but would only take someone who knows what they're doing 3-4 days I reckon.
