If you get your device replaced by Apple you will receive a refurbished unit. Meaning they will take your device with all that is on there, repair that and give it to the next guy in line while giving you the previous person's repaired unit. There are so many repair options out there that quality control can really be an issue as evidenced by the broad range of pricing and availability on any particular part;) If you opt to repair yours, I cannot stress how important it is to make sure you are getting high quality parts and that they stand by their service. I am sorry to hear about your recent experience Tracey Rhoden . If your screen was repaired and it no longer works you should definitely have it replaced(at no cost to you as it is by no fault of your own)- I have a sterling relationship with my vendor and have been afforded 6 mo-1 yr warranty on most parts, including screens:) If I can be of service, please don't hesitate to message me@941.840.0453 Best regards and a good evening to all!
