  Love love love Dr David O Johnson in Southlake - Southlake Family Medicine 731 Southlake Blvd 817-424-3366 We moved the children there last year when their other dr retired. Nice staff, nice facility and great dr for kids.

  Check with Southlake Family Medicine. My grandparents and parents see Dr. Morrison. There are at least a couple other doctors there who take it. I see Dr. Cunningham, but I don't know if she takes it. It is a large practice, and we have been happy with our family's care there. 817-424-3366
