  I did the flowers for a wedding at Mildale Farm a couple years ago. Not sure of the cost of the venue but a super cool location. You can bring your own caterer, alcohol, etc. it's on jcprd.com under parks and facilities. I've also done weddings at Simpson house and that is quite lovely and intimate.
