Also I did some yoga workshops with vidyadasa at a festival recently and was really gentle and nice :) http://www.brightonbuddhistcentre.co.uk/yoga-teacher/vidyadasa/ There are so many different types that if one doesnt work for you theres always lots of other styles :)

  Brighton Buddhist Centre. Jim Tarran has a class , his own style Vajrasati , I highly recommend for beginners .
