Kim D. asked:I just had an estimate done on my home for siding. Way more costly than we expected. So I am now looking for recommendations on painters, someone that will replace rotten wood on a 2 story home. Our neighbors were getting estimates and having problems with people wanting to replace the wood on the 2nd story. Also, We are looking at selling in 5yrs once the last kid gets out of middle school so we can expand the area we want. So I"m asking for opinions on actually spending the extra and doing the siding, Is it worth it as far as helping us sell in a few years. Does it really make that much difference?
