  [Peter Weeks](http://www.myottawahomeinspector.com/) is phenomenal and very thorough. I've used him for both a pre-purchase, and a pre-sale inspection. It'll run you about $500 but he's very good. When I was selling my home, I paid for a pre-inspection from him (so I could get the house up to code and fix any minor issues). I ensured that his results book was displayed at the open house), and the person who ended up buying my home was so impressed she waived getting her own home inspection.

  Put in all new windows a few months ago and...here comes the condensation and start of mould again. Damn! Does anyone know of a house inspector of some sort who could come and help us figure out a better ventilation system so we aren't replacing windows again in a few years !!!
