  Trish S. wrote: Installed and serviced very expensive AC system. System sensor failed once: ceiling and furniture destroyed. Asked them to work it out with painter and wrote off ruined antique chest. System failed again despite regular yearly service, and leaking again destroyed ceiling. Mark was abusive on phone; refused to come out to service despite having installed the entire system for more than $65000 and serviced it yearly. ALM is a terrible company that does not stand behind its work. Moreover Mark is abusive and unpleasant. If I could give them a lower rating I would.
