About us
My name is Cheryl Leavitt. I started photography in 2000 working for Walmart Portrait Studio where I worked my way up to District Manager. As a District Manager I over saw 11 studios! In 2005 I met a soldier that swept me off my feet! We moved to GA and I had to step down as the DM and go back to part time. In 2007 I switched careers and went into optometry. In October of 2013 my husband and I went through a huge life changing event. We lost the three children that we had been raising for the last year and a half. We were fostering to adopt and the children were placed back with the parents. My world had fallen apart. I knew I had to do something to occupy my time or I was going to die on the inside. So I bought a camera and sweet faces by Cheryl was born! Am I the best photographer in town? NO. Do my editing skills need practice? YES! But I will do your pics to the best of my ability!
