You could try Fitness First there are like 18 of them in the area and its about $30 a month. That covers all locations and all classes are included. I'm starting personal training there next week.

If you like yoga, i would highly reccommend District yoga. All drop-in classes are $11, there is an unlimited package for about $77 and they have a variety of locations (I would think I street or DuPont circle may be the closest for you). The only downside is that classes are small so i would suggest signing up online beforehand. They are a local non-profit and I think they also have a system where if you donate time to the studio (4 hrs or so) you can take classes for free.
