Heather Rice- the trainer that Shane and I use, trains at a gym in Longwood. He does boot camp style classes, but also comes to our house! He whipped me right back into shape after a baby! I used to go to his boot camp when he did it in Clermont and LOVED it, but now only does Longwood. I am not sure what his availability is up there, but everything we do is outside. His name is Philip Hall.

You should go see Thomas Motherway at Gold's! I've never personally trained with Tommy but I talk to him a lot at the gym, and he's really knowledgeable, friendly and fun. He'd be great for you. I know Brian Bazala trains with him.
