We used Warren & Son and they did a great job. 562-4980 Also a PSA. Be sure to take pictures after you clean everything and get sign off on a formal walkthrough. Our property management company charged us an extra $100 for carpet cleaning even though we had cleaned it and provided them the receipt, along with another $1400 in bogus charges. I was working when we moved out and my husband didn't get the walk through documented or take pictures (grr...) I took them to small claims court but they have been trying to weasel out of it saying I should be suing the owner and not them. It's been a nightmare. So I'm on a mission to remind everybody to cover your butt when you move out of a rental!
