Sounds like there are lots of good ones to pick from! I have always used Air Works Heating & Air (family business out of Creedmoor). They aren't bargain-basement but meticulous and super-friendly. I spent a little extra on some higher-efficiency units (American Standard, same as Trane) and they are worth every penny.
