I'll be glad to share their info as well if I'm happy with them - or if I wish that I could have called Marathon instead:-).

He could have made the repair and let me call back again when something else went wrong, but when he got inside the machine he said it was just a matter of time before it died and spared me the repair fee (still had a service fee, but I appreciated the honesty).
