I'm in a Clarendon, this is the link to pictures by Cherry Hill. Have been to the Haz Mat drop-off often. I believe they open at 9:30 AM Saturday, but I have been there as early as 9:00 AM and someone has been there to help me. Have dropped off old paint, varnish, paint thinner, etc., many times and they have always taken it. You have sign in (I presume to help track types of materials dropped off and in which zip code you live), but it's non-intrusive (no names) and they make the whole thing painless. They will even take it out of your car for you if you want. Good luck!
