Try Dr Austin Churchill in Falls Church. She is different from an orthopedist who tend to look only at bones and maybe tendons. She is more like a PT who is also an MD.

Have him call/see Dr. Steven Hughes at Commonwealth orthopedics 703-810-5212. He has treated/operated on my sister. Love him! Great doc, terrific bedside manner. If you have trouble getting into see him let me know.
