Depends. A lot of people look at the price only and don't compare apples to apples. I've dealt with several H&A contractors in the area on our projects and I'd say Cadco in Ashland is one of the most knowledgeable and high quality I've seen but this doesn't always translate to the cheapest initial price but usually the best long term value.
