The have great maintenance plans too so you do not have to spend 100's of dollars the next time this happens to you. And with the maintenance your odds of being down again are rare! We had a stuck valve that was not allowing good airflow upstairs and we have some condensation that needs to dry out. Let's see how it goes before doing any more. Chad Chad Snodgrass may have saved us some bucks!
