I went to Class Act Tattoo MANY years ago (at least 20)! But this was before they were as cool and acceptable as they are now. Last time I drove by, they were still there, so that says a lot to me:)

Most good tattoo artist aren't going to have an open 2 hours in the current week. And you might want to wait to get that Seahawks tattoo till AFTER they win. But I would recommend Peter Dominguez or Okie at Acme Tattoo in Kent. I've been getting tattooed by both of them for almost 10 years.
