We've really enjoyed our classes with Laura Brody at Good Family Dog. She has a FB page and a website. She does classes as well as private in home training.

Laura Brody is the woman who absolutely saved our dogs life. She is wonderful. The last puppy we adopted was (we believe) severely abused (they had no history on him just that he came out of the floods in Mississippi about 5 years ago) and had aggression/anger issues but we worked with him and Laura, now we have a different dog! She is patient, alert, and a nice woman. LOL....I just looked up and saw Tammie's comment! But, yes concur with Tammie Blood Laura Brody is the best.
