The best mechanic in the area is RUSH automotive. His number is 512-733-7874. They are located where the old Mopac/burnet meets 45 here in Round Rock. It is a family owned business and the prices are the best. They are so honest. They charge $29.00 for a full synthetic oil change. I have been taking my car there since they opened and I will never go any where else.

Some good mechanics in Howard lane area. Place called Vipa Automotors (not a typo) We also go to a guy on Wagon Trail I think - right across from new Chinatown on N Lamar. Champion auto. Oscar is the owner.

CaRx on 620 messed us up, causing problems for a good mechanic. I wouldn't go to them ever. We can depend on Christian Brothers Automotive. Not the cheapest, but they really stand by their work.
