I just had mine done by THE BEST! Reasonable price and the kicker is he told us before the inspection "I want you guys so close that when I stop you will run into me." And "you will learn more about this house than any of the owners" and he wasn't wrong. Plus got the report in 18 hrs. Let me know if you want the number
