I just did it last month at Notaria Diagonal 550 (same address) we just had to send passport copy, empadronamiento and that was it. You can send them an email on their website and they reply very fast. We paid 90€. It went fast and the venue was beautiful to go sign! You will need to come with one witness each (not a family member)

At the office, we always use Rubies-Tarragona Notary. It's in Diagonal/Balmes (not Gràcia but quite near). There are 3 experienced notaries speaking english and french. You can contact Notary's officer Sílvia Cabrera (932922800). She speaks english and french (and even swedish!).
