Jen, I had a pinched nerve soooo bad and I went to Dr. Petraccos office in Nutley across from carvel...Gone in 3 visits! I never believed in chiropractors ..i said let me try..I was in sooo much pain I had to go..very good..my ins. Does not cover but he was very reasonable..he works with you ..:)
