I agree with Western Roofing. They did an excellent job. Showed up as scheduled (2 day job), they were tidy while working and left my yard free of any debris. The employees were professional and friendly. The roof is about 3 years old and no issues. They just happened to be the least expensive as well. I called Nolan's for an estimate and he told me he didn't have time and to wait until Jan. No Thanks!

I can tell you who NOT to use. Mt. Baker Roofing. I came home and saw they had taken out skylights in horrendous rainstorm. Standing water and water ran down walls. House had to be repainted and flooring replaced. Which cost me.

Mount Baker Roofing did my house last September. They did a fantastic job! Their estimate was far more thorough than the other 5 or so I received. They spent about 40 minutes up there looking at it and took pictures, whereas everyone else went up for less than 5 minutes or not at all. The estimate was a few pages long with many different styles, options and prices. Their estimate was middle of the road compared to the others and was almost exactly what I paid when it was finished. Everyone from the office staff to the laborers were very friendly when I talked to them. It looks fantastic and I was very happy with them!

Mount Baker Roofing is good I've heard

We used Mt Baker Roofing ten years ago but have always had a small trickle ever since. Well... The small trickle turned into a big problem. We called them to say we had a leak and it took two weeks for someone to call us back and I called three times. Our painter finally recommended Cordova Construction and they showed us how some sloppy installation by MBR had actually cussed the problem... which they fixed for us very reasonably.
