We were not advised, until after the first day of the project, that in order to get the warentee we had wanted that we were required to spend thousands of dollars on other improvements. Roofing staff, for the first 4 days of the project, took breaks more often than they worked, including napping in the work vehicle. The last 3 days they actually did work. Staff wore harnesses but never once attached them to anything. I was always worried for their safety. We chose Topside strictly because of the relationship we had built with the sales person and in the end I felt like we had be tricked. Once we signed the contract and paid the deposit we were forgot about, and topside didn't seem to care about the customer.

We had to do top side of our roof a couple of years ago and Topside Roofing & Siding just did an absolutely wonderful job. I was so impressed with them and then I saw where they were working across the street, and look like they did a really good job over there too.
