I go to Dr. Gabriele Halder at Frauenärztinnen am Bundesplatz. She is lovely and speaks perfect english. Not sure about prices though - I have private insurance so I do pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed, and for a general checkup it's around 150-200 euro.
