Call Natalie Phillips Betke's guy. That's who we just used- One Alabaster company told us replace the complete unit for 5300. That's the only way we would have air. Then Terri came and replaced a part for 1500. BIG DIFFERENCE- TRUST HIM TO ANY FRIENDS TO DO A GOOD HONEST JOB
