Motley and hope were my ex husbands solicitors not mine. My solicitor happened to be in the right place at the right time to hear a senior M&H partner slating me to the children's court officer ( who are supposed to have no information on parents if posing no risk to children) it was that awful, a threat of reporting M&H to legislative bodies, meant the case was dropped in my favour. So.... Just a one off... Probably. Just my opinion.
