I have seen Wendy Ruggles at Fuller Family Medicine. Dr. Fuller is our doc. Superb. Dr. Fuller is Internal Medicine and should be able to treat you. He has worked wonders with my diabetes control.

I go to Yellowstone Fitness. Only $35/mo. Hardly ever crowded, and most of the people there are people who are trying to get in shape. I usually feel awkward and uncomfortable in gyms, but have always felt safe there. It's behind Lucky's and Sears on grand ave, and has pretty good hours. ..5 am to 10 pm I believe
