If Kevin T. Sweeney is their attorney, make sure you find a great one. He was my attorney and, while keeping the best interest of the child in mind, he's a bulldog for his clients, well known, and respected by the court system. I've heard Linda Harris is also a bulldog but hard to get ahold of. Keep trying.

My attorney is Craig Buehler in Lewiston very, very smart, laid back but knows his stuff, I didn't want a fight I wanted a laid back attorney Craig is a excellent attorney and very smart took sometime but in the end being the laid back and taking the high road at times got me what i needed in the end, th ex went for the snake... Good luck it all sucks...

I've heard Linda Harris is really expensive...as are all attorneys. There is a self-help law office in the library ( at least it used to be before they built the new one, I'm sure it's still there or they would know where to send you...) and they have all the forms necessary to get a parenting plan set up on your own. Fairly easy process

Contact Don Sommerfeld. He is an excellent attorney for auto injury. I wouldn't play games with insurance companies, they don't have your best interest at heart. They'll will also try to settle as cheap as they possibly can. It's very easy to rack up thousands of dollars in medical bills. Let a good lawyer protect you. Don't be afraid to contact more than one lawyer. You will want to have a lawyer who you believe will work for you. God luck.

If the other insurance has already paid out the covered amount you may need to sue the other driver directly. As an example $50,000 per accident. Also your insurance should have an "under insured" clause that kicks in where the other person's insurance leaves off. There are limits to what the Insurance company is responsible for depending on the policy. I wish you the best and hope you can recover your health and your expenses.
