Whatever you do, don't use J&K moving. They're cheap but they will fuck up your stuff and spend more time talking than moving.

I used Soft Touch. They have bad reviews, but they were cheap. Everything worked out fine. it came out to under 200 for our move.

Two Men and a Truck were really helpful when I moved. I'm not sure how much it would cost for such a small move though

A Better Way is great and has moved many of my tenants and clients over the years. They offer storage too in climate-controlled or non-climate-controlled spaces cheaper than the various self-storage places all over town.

I think we used soft touch and they did a great job -- finished earlier than expected. Not sure about pianos though.

Big Oxen is wonderful. Incredibly fast, moved our two bedroom in an hour, that's including picking up and delivering. The owner often tags along the move – he made sure his movers move fast, but also encourages people to give his movers some tips to reward their efficient service. Not that this matters. I just like hiring people who values their employees.
