Check out Longmont Prosthodontics, www.longmontpros.com. He is really good and specializes in prosthetic dentistry. He will send you to the appropriate surgeon for the implant after putting together a plan for putting on the crown. The doctor works with all the local surgeons and can reccomend the best place for the implant. It is really important to have the implant placed correctly and restored well.

I had an implant done by Dr. Hong of North Denver Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at 122 BD and Pecos. Extremely professional office I highly recommend.

Please stop in and chat with them, I can't even tell you how great they were with my daughter. She had to have her wisdom teeth removed and I can not say enough great things about the whole staff!!

My dentist is Sarah 720-526-8092 She is great! She helped me a bunch! I couldn't afford the work I needed and she worked with me, gave me Huge Veteran discount, let me make payments, and also traded some of the bill off for horseback riding lessons for her daughter! And they did all the work with very little down! I have sent several friends to her and everyone has been super happy with her and her group! Robert just got all his teeth fixed thru her this last summer too. Tell her I sent you!

Kirk Rathburn DDS in Boulder. He has lots of experience and a 3D machine in his office to evaluate the bone prior to placement. He works closely with other periodontist in the area as a lot of times periodontitis will place but not restore with the final crown. Dr Rathburn can take the 3D image, place the implant and restore which is nice when you are looking to find one office to work with. He offers free consults to talk about what's going on so you can get a feel for him and his office. Alpine Valley Oral Surgery was where I went to have mine removed. 3400 Penrose Pl STE 106, Boulder, CO 80301 Very pleasant experience, he used some new method and I barely had to take any pain meds. Highly recommend.
