Many good catfish recipes out there in the restaurants today, but in my opinion none compare to the Boat Dock. The Hungry Fisherman tried but still not, The Catfish House tried, it's gone. Harper's is good, but not like it was several years ago!!! James Spillane was ahead of the game!!!
