I suggest you quickly find another bank! Wells Fargo has been sued for their business tactics. Their add on fees are ridiculous! Go with a local bank and I'm sure you will be happy. Plenty of good ones out there.

I would never go to a mega bank like Wells. They couldn't even cash their own check when I went there. Rocky Mountain Credit Union is good. Our son went to Ressler and got a good used truck and that's who they used. Great interest rate AND...AND..if you open an account with them, they will put $100 towards your loan.

I had my loan through Wells Fargo. Paid it off early and they reported that I had made my last two payments as late which dropped my credit score. Never again.

Wells Fargo has a thing that if you wreck your vehicle they will pay it off and automatically help you to get a new loan. We gave our loan from Honda through them right now. The web site to look at your loan is so easy to navigate also. Good luck!
