There's a group called Otaku Health Goals where we talk about & share our progress getting in shape.:) If you want shape & definition weight training is 100% what you'll need, but keep in mind that gaining muscle (especially as a girl) is hard & takes a lot of dedication & a VERY good diet. You'll most likely need a gym or at the very least a full weight set (dumbbells & barbells) to achieve the musculature you're looking for.

Beachbody.com is pretty good too, I love doing insanity or the P90X routines plus they have a book of mealplans (or you can find it on google probably) of suggested things you can eat that will help build lean muscle :)

I think if you don't work out right now start with some beginner routines. Bodybuilding.com is a massive website with tons of workout plans and healthy meal ideas :)
