There is a guy that works fairly cheap and does a lot of work for Yale employees. Guy Russo of Russo Flooring...Mobile/cell 203-623-7367. He has done my floors in North haven twice and Clinton once. Replaces boards, fixes holes, rebuilt a step for me and he does full installs. Top notch work and great pricing. You know how picky i can be...:-/
