Don't know how cheap he is...but there is guy in Olalla, that owns Mannings Appliance. He repairs all my appliances.

Cass is right. There is a plastic spin activator hole on the top of the washer. If the lid slams hard too many times it breaks. It6's the repair guys easiest fix. If you don't feel comfortable doing that, call Manning's Appliance Repair in Olalla and have Larry fix it.
