Hello there, Harris Ranch is awesome! The great things about living there are the proximity to the river and greenbelt and the small neighborhood feel. We live close by and have an 11 yo and 5 mo. The schools are great. I have not used any of the preschools. We like our pedatrician at St. Als hospital and they are planning on getting a ped a the new St. Als building in Bown Crossing which is very close to Harris Ranch. Love living in SE Boise - would not live anywhere else! Let me know if you have any other questions!

Welcome to Boise! We would love to have you join our group! We have amazing play dates but also Mommy nights out which we all need every now and again. As for a referral for pediatrician I cannot say enough about Dr. Smith at Meridian Pediatrics. We have a son who at 12 months no one knew what was going on with him. He was absolutely amazing and left no stone unturned! If we came with stories or ideas from friends and family he acted right away. He spent a lot of time seeking specialists out, finding more hospitals for further testing. He has been amazing! Even when my youngest wasn't "his" patient he took the time to look over his file and scenario and gave options for us to bring to his old doctor. The level of care and attention he provides is significant. He listens to any question or concern for both of my boys. He is easy to contact as well. If you are still looking he would be worth visiting and interviewing for your little one(s).

Hi ladies i just relocated from arizona in september. I live right on the border of meridian and boise, and eagle is right up the road from me. I definitely love this area. I love my pediatrician. It's Dr Taylor with meridian pediatrics. He is really good with the kids and he stops and listens to me. I never feel rushed when explaining with the kids. I have only looked into a couple preschools. I am taking my oldest next year.we really like the west valley ymca one. Definitely check it out sooner then later because they get a waitlist. I love my neighborhood though. I live off McMillan and close to eagle Rd. There are a lot of fun things to do here. I have a 3.5 yo. A 2 yo and a 4 mo. Let me know when you guys are all settled. A play date would be a lot of fun

My daughter has had a Dr at Kaiser since about 6 months ago and I had to choose, unfortunately I knew nothing but Kaiser and kinda selected blindly, but choose Dr. Susan Adham...she has an office in Antioch and Brentwood. Even though Jordan has only seen her once, she loved her and I was pretty pleased with the selection.
