I use to go to life time! It's not called that any more it's called something else but their office is still in the building they have locations one bring downtown! 689-0040 is the number for mine but they can make u an apt at w.e location!

Ob/GYN associates of WNY- dr Constantine is great! I meet him on Wednesday and loved him! My sister recommended I go see him. As for my primary, I belong to Southgate medical group and see Dr. Sy and I like him too!
