In terms of PPO i think you can go to Asia Pacific health on hillhurst and sunset. I was going before health insur as it was cheap and I still can now (I'm blue shield) but I think most PPO's can go there. It's handy and close and always easy to get into plus they have their own pharmacy. Dentist - Best ever is Dr Joseph in Burbank. Not sure what they take for dental insurance but honestly best place I've ever had. call them! http://www.dentistburbank.net/

If Swedish has any clinics in the area that would be a good start. My family went to a Swedish clinic for years. It is pretty far from you but the Greenlake clinic in Seattle is great. Dr. Ken Anderson was my primary doctor for 23 years we only stopped seeing him because we moved to Puyallup.

There is a Swedish Clinic in Redmond on Union Hill, right down the street from you. I use them for Urgent Care and they are great. I have an amazing PCP but she is at the Minor and James clinic in Seattle.
