Off Turfway is a Hilton & Ashley Quarters & a Springhill. Also off Houston behind Meiers is a Hyatt Place & a LaQuinta Inn.. There is a Holiday Inn on Freedom Way for $97. Also on on Cavalier for $97 is another one both rated excellent on Hotels.com.

The Microtel Inn in Florence is affordable and clean look under zip code 41042. I worked there about 5 years ago and the owner made sure the rooms were very clean.
