As much as Wayne's Pest Control has great customer service, their chemicals actually don't do the trick. My niece brought the little crawlers into my home from her apartment by accident. Over 6 months later and I still see them after many calls for return trips. It is disgusting and very frustrating, especially when you are shelling out money every month for them to "treat" your home for bugs. On a positive note, my service man is extremely NICE.

We've been really happy with [Alabama Professional Services](https://alabamaprofessional.com/) at our house. We live in a duplex and split the $20/mo cost with our neighbors, so we each pay ten, but so far, they've taken care of our Norwegian rat problem and our German cockroach problem in a matter of a couple weeks. They're really friendly and helpful and will always come out if you call.

I'll say Havard's because they're the only one that comes to mind (my uncle works for them). I have no idea what they charge but you could call and ask. If you can be more specific about your pest problem there are usually cheaper DIY alternatives.

We use Alabama Professional Services as well and just have them come out to our house quarterly. I believe it's $75/quarter.

I use Hayes Pest Services, which is a locally owned company, and I think it's around $33/month. I switched over to a quarterly basis during the winter, which saves a few dollars, but definitely monthly once the weather warms up.
